Frédéric Lebel, agr., M. Sc., holds a bachelor’s degree in agroeconomics and a master’s degree in rural economics focusing on non-timber forest products, both from Université Laval. Professor at the Institut de technologie agroalimentaire, La Pocatière campus, Mr. Lebel has participated as an agroeconomist in many agroforestry, renewable energy and rural development projects. Mr. Lebel is responsible for the socio-economic aspects.
