Sarah Chouinard holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry as well as a master’s degree and a Ph. D. in physiology endocrinology, all from Université Laval. Professor of chemistry at the biological sciences and techniques department of the Cégep de La Pocatière since 2008, she also teaches in various programs, such as natural sciences, animal health techniques and bioecology techniques. Mrs. Chouinard has participated as a biochemist and consultant in various projects relating to molecular biology and molecule extraction from plants.
