Lesly Parent holds a college diploma in bioecology techniques from Cégep de La Pocatière as well as skills in graphic design and database maintenance. She has worked in various fields, such as the chemical and physical analysis of biochar, agricultural research and forest undergrowth management. She is also interested in permaculture, green buildings, green technologies, mycology and statistics.
