Nathalie Ouellet, agronomist, holds a bachelor’s degree in agronomy, with a concentration in animal production from Université Laval and a college diploma in nature sciences. She has been teaching at the Institut de technologie agroalimentaire, La Pocatière campus, in the animal production technology program since 2012. She also works on the family farm in Rivière-Ouelle where she takes care of the animals, works in the fields and does the bookkeeping. Since 2013, she has been collaborating with Biopterre on various research projects related to the bedding improvements.
